BROOKLYN, NEW YORK – Join Robert E. Cornegy, Jr. at 356 Marcus Garvey Blvd. (Bed-Stuy) Brooklyn, New York to celebrate his Cornegy 2009 Campaign Office Opening On Thursday, August 13th at 7:00 P.M. The Friends Of Robert E. Cornegy, Jr. will treat guests to free food, music and entertainment. As an added bonus, the Bed-Stuy premiere ribbon cutting ceremony will be presented directly after special guest speakers.

ReplyDeleteUpon meeting Robert through his amazing wife Michele, I was immediately drawn to his genuine spirit regarding the progess and imrpovement of his community. Not only was he charasmatic but his political platform consisted of excellent systematic approach to his goals for the community of Bed Stuy. How exciting, I thought to myself, to have a Barack Obama right here in the community! As a 22 year old with a passion for politics I look forward to the success that I know this campaign will be!

It's great to see a politician out in the street talking to people here in our neighborhood! I've been impressed talking to everyone that he's a man of the community and they don't seem to know or care what his official party affiliation is. If he's for the people, that's what matters! I'd like to respectfully say that I appreciate his concern for crime prevention, but I also want to hear what he has to say about police brutality, because this is a really serious issue here in Bed-Stuy and Crown Heights. -- Alana Smith
ReplyDeleteOur Youth, Our Community and Our families need someone who truly cares about them. Robert Cornegy is Authentic, and he is the person that can make a difference. Robert has many gifts, talents and abilities and he loves to share with others. I know that Robert will try his best to help others, and he is humble enough to know that he also needs the help of the community to make effective change. I observe how he interacts with his family and his beautiful wife Michelle, he respects and cherishes her in front and behind the scenes, this speaks for his character. Let's make a CHANGE and elect Robert Cornegy for city council!

I came to check Robert Corenegy out in his enviornment and I must say he appears to be the real deal. Having a great time and I really appreciate the "realness" of the community members present. A new experience for me.... a great one. Good luck! The time has come for the 36th district to be taken to the next level while maintaining it's heritage and legacy. Let's make it happen!

ReplyDeleteTHE DAY OF THE RIBBON CUTTING WAS NICE BLESSED AND FULL OF FUN. I LIKE THE WAY THE ENTIRE SETUP WAS, THE FREE ICE CREAM FOR THE KIDS, THE SHARING OF THE FOOD AND BEVERAGES. THE PRAYER WAS BLESSED AS WELL, THE MUSIC WAS ALSO NICE. I WAS VERY HAPPY TO SEE THE COMMUNITY COME OUT AND SUPPORT, ALTHOUGH I FEEL THAT NORE COULD HAVE COME OUT BUT IT'S AL GOOD. TO GOD BE THE GLORY FOR THE GREAT THINGS THAT HE'S DONE, AND THE GREATEST THINGS ARE TO COME
